• Due to painting and customizing all pieces once the order is placed, All sales are final. You cannot cancel your order after placing it once we have already begun painting your Art piece.


We do allow size or item changes until we begin painting and customizing the order. However, please carefully review your order at checkout.






We offer complimentary shipping on ALL U.S. orders over $75. International shipping varies by country.



We offer a 100% MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE. Returns or exchanges are accepted if you receive a defective product or do not feel satisfied with the product. (Excludes CUSTOM ATELIER and PERSONALIZED products.)


• Items must be in new condition with tags attached.


• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number to initiate the return/exchange process.


• All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service representative.


• Returns for defective items are FREE within the U.S. You will receive a prepaid shipping label from a customer service representative. However, shipping fees on all other returns will not be covered by AFACE


• We do not cover the cost of international returns.


• Please include your original invoice with return shipping.




• When preordering, please allow 5-7 days AFTER the official release date for shipment.


• Although we will always try our best to ship your order within 2-3 business days, please allow additional 5-7 business days during high-volume periods.


• Most orders will be shipped via USPS Priority or First Class for items weighing less than 15oz.


• You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.


• If the tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for any undelivered or lost items unless there is proof of a police report of the theft.
